Opening Ceremony in Lingayen Campus

On Monday, August 7th, we had our breakfast in Jollibee, a wide-spread fast food chain in Philippines. It provides Halal food so that is why we ate there. We went to VP office of academic affairs to greet the Vice President and introduce ourselves. We took photos with him.

Mam Sally also introduced us to the VP for Research.

We went back to the hotel and prepared for the opening ceremony. We wore our traditional clothes. In the ceremony, we introduced our self and sang our national anthem, Indonesia Raya. We also sang Himne Guru.

The univeristy staff served rice cake and chocolate fried banana for us.

We took pictures with The President and staff of Pangasinan State University.

Twenty two of us then went to Bayambang because we are supposed to teach there. We went by bus and arrived around 10 PM at the dorm. I got in unit 4 and my roommates are Amalia, Michel and Nimas.
