About Me

I am a friendly person. I can make new friends easily. I am really happy when I get together with my friends. It doesn’t bother me when my friends ask me a favor. I’d love to help them.
On the other hand, I am very impatient. So, one thing that I can’t stand is waiting for someone for long hours. It also upsets me when he/she cancel the appointment and I have waited for him/her.
I need someone who can keep my secret. He/she will not be late when we have appointment. So, I think a punctual and reliable person can be a good friend for me.

City Problem

Our city needs to be improved. I think it is too dirty. There are many rubbish around us. People often throw it wherever they want. If we walk around the river, we will smell the spoiled smelling. It is not good for health. Then the air pollution is also terrible. There are many cars, motorcycle and public transportation. They produce too much smog.
What should we do to solve this problem? I think we must invite other people to throw the rubbish into the dumb. Every people should realize that clean environment is a needed. Then, there should be more dumb in the crowded area. To decrease air pollution, we can plant same trees at the side of road. Beside that, government should make a rule to limit cars using. People should use public transportation. But it must be improved before.

Against The Natural’s Way

‘Aia Lanteh’ is one of tourist attraction in Payakumbuh. Aia Lanteh- passing water is a small river. It doesn’t like others. The water doesn’t flow from high place to lower place. It is from low to high. It is so unique. You should see this place not only because of the river but also because of the scenery. It is beautiful. This is the best place for relaxing.

GULA

Aku punya segelas air
kutambahkan gula
kucicipi
kupikir terlalu manis
kutambahkan lagi air
kucicipi
rasanya jadi kurang manis
kutambahkan gula
rasanya jadi terlalu manis lagi
mengapa rasanya tak pernah pas?
Ataukah AKU YANG TAK PERNAH PUAS...

Mari Bersyukur

Dia berhenti sejenak lalu mengunjal nafasnya panjang-panjang. “Mungkinkah dosaku diampuni?”

Rahib itu tersenyum setengah menyeringai. “Memangnya apa khilafmu?”

Agak tercekat dia menjawab. “Aku telah membunuh”, katanya, “Sebanyak sembilanpuluh sembilan jiwa.”

Because of You (Kelly Clarkson)

I will not make the same mistakes that you did
I Will not let myself cause my heart so much misery
I will not break the way you did
You fell so hard
I've learned the hard way, to never let it get that far

Because of you
I'll never stray too far from the sidewalk
Because of you
I learned to play on the safe side
So I don't get hurt
Because of you
I find it hard to trust
Not only me, but everyone around me
Because of you
I am afraid

I lose my way
And it's not too long before you point it out
I cannot cry
Because I know that's weakness in your eyes
I'm forced to fake, a smile, a laugh
Every day of my life
My heart can't possibly break
When it wasn't even whole to start with

Because of you
I'll never stray too far from the sidewalk
Because of you
I learned to play on the safe side
So I don't get hurt
Because of you
I find it hard to trust
Not only me, but everyone around me
Because of you
I am afraid

I watched you die
I heard you cry
Every night in your sleep
I was so young
You should have known better than to lean on me
You never thought of anyone else
You just saw your pain
And now I cry
In the middle of the night
For the same damn thing

Because of you
I'll never stray too far from the sidewalk
Because of you
I learned to play on the safe side
So I don't get hurt
Because of you
I tried my hardest just to forget everything
Because of you
I don't know how to let anyone else in
Because of you
I'm ashamed of my life because it's empty
Because of you
I am afraid

Because of you
Because of you

S.Korea releases 3 Chinese fishermen

South Korea has released 3 Chinese fishermen who were detained when their trawler and a South Korean patrol boat collided in South Korea's territorial waters a week ago.

The trawler sank on Saturday of last week after it rammed into a patrol boat of South Korea's coast guard. The captain of the trawler died in the incident.

The coast guard was cracking down on about 50 Chinese boats operating illegally in South Korea's exclusive economic zone in the Yellow Sea.

8 fishermen were rescued from the trawler. 5 of them were picked up by nearby Chinese boats and 3 were detained by South Korea's coast guard.

The coast guard questioned the 3 fishermen on suspicion of obstructing the duty of civil servants, saying they deliberately slammed their trawler into the patrol ship.

South Korean authorities decided not to charge the 3 men because of their lack of active involvement and handed them over to the Chinese Embassy on Saturday.

The Chinese government had reacted sharply to the incident, calling for compensation for the sinking of the trawler. China says South Korea has no right to control the area because it should be tentatively controlled by both countries.

The South Korean action is seen as aimed at preventing the row from escalating into a serious confrontation between the 2 countries.

On the other hand, the South Korean coast guard says it will ask China to take punitive action against fishermen on another Chinese trawler. Those fishermen wounded 4 South Korean coast guard personnel with iron pipes and fled the scene during the raid.

Sand and Stone

The story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE."
They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE."
The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?"
The other friend replied: "When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."

Letter to an old friend

14th October 2010

Dear Suci,
How have you been? We last saw each other 2 years ago, right? What have you done since then? I have been in college since 2 months ago. I enjoy my classes, so far.
I have known many new friends. I also have my hair cut. It has not been as long as yours anymore. Did you remember about my ambition to have my own business? I have started it since the last time we met. So, I can help my parents now. I always want to see you again. Can we meet someday? I am waiting forward from you.

PS: I attach my photo with this letter.

Sincerely,

Heniarti Sri Agusta
